Refund policy


Eligibility
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, haircare, and fragrance products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process
Approved returns are refunded within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item, via:

  • Original payment method (JazzCash) for online payments, or
  • Bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
