Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and dispatched.
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-4 business days
- Other cities/regions: 4-7 business days
Shipping Charges
Flat rate of Rs. 200 on all orders. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available across most cities in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your order's progress.
